After FCCPT receives your documents, it may take approximately 5 to 7 business days for them to appear as received in your applicant portal.
All documents must go through a thorough authentication and processing review once they arrive. Because of this verification process, the receipt of documents is not immediately reflected in your portal upon delivery. This includes electronic documents as well as those received by postal mail/courier.
If your documents were recently delivered, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for processing before checking your portal for an update.
Note: Delivery confirmation from a courier or institution does not mean the documents have completed FCCPT's authentication and processing review. The received status will appear in your applicant portal once processing is complete.
