Updating Your Contact Information in Your FCCPT File

You can update your FSBPT ID, mailing address, phone number, email address, and FedEx account number by logging in to your FCCPT file.

To update your information:

  1. Log in to your FCCPT Applicant Portal
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Edit Profile
  3. Update the necessary information
  4. Select Update Profile to save your changes
