If you already have an FCCPT file, you can apply for related services through your file.
How to Apply
- Log in to your FCCPT file.
- Select Add a Related Service from left-hand menu.
- Follow the prompts and choose the service you need.
- Complete the application and submit payment.
Related Services
| Related Service | When to Apply |
|---|---|
| Re-evaluation | You've completed additional coursework or need your credentials reassessed after receiving an evaluation report. |
| Duplicate Report | You need your report sent to an additional jurisdiction, employer, or educational institution. |
| Reactivation | Your application was closed and you need to reopen it. |
| Certified Copies | You need certified copies of documents (diploma, transcripts, TOEFL scores) from your FCCPT file. |
| USCIS Status Report Letter | You need a status report letter for USCIS related to your Type 1 for Immigration application. |
