How FedEx delivery works
FCCPT offers FedEx delivery as an option for sending documents related to your evaluation service, including the Type 1 Certificate.
To use this option, you must:
- Complete the FedEx Authorization Form
- Provide a valid FedEx account number
- Submit the form to FCCPT (via upload or mail)

Important requirements
- You are responsible for all shipping costs through your FedEx account.
- Your FedEx account must be active and valid at the time of shipment.
- You must confirm that FedEx delivers to your address before submitting the request.
- If FCCPT cannot process the shipment (e.g., invalid account or address), your documents will be sent via standard USPS mail instead.
