If your email address has changed, you must notify FCCPT so that we can update your account information. Your email address is used for important communications regarding your application, account access, and service updates.
To protect the security of your account, FCCPT requires verification of your identity before an email address can be changed.
How to Request an Email Address Change
To update your email address, submit a ticket through the FCCPT Help Center and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your FCCPT file number
- Your date of birth
- Your old email address
- The new email address you would like added to your file
Why Is This Information Required?
FCCPT must verify your identity before making changes to your file. Providing the required information helps protect your personal information and prevents unauthorized access to your account.
Important Information
- Requests submitted without all required information may be delayed.
- The new email address must not already be associated with another FCCPT file.
- Please ensure you enter your new email address correctly when submitting your request.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I update my email address myself?
No. For security reasons, email address changes must be requested through the Help Center and verified by FCCPT staff.
What if I no longer have access to my old email address?
The process for the change is the same. Submit a ticket through the Help Center and provide your full name, file number, date of birth, old email address and the new email address you wish to use.
How will I know when my email address has been updated?
FCCPT will contact you regarding the status of your request and provide any additional instructions if needed.
Common Reasons Requests Are Delayed
Requests may be delayed if:
- Your full name is not provided.
- Your FCCPT file number is missing.
- Your date of birth is not included.
- You do not provide both the current and new email addresses.
