FCCPT has implemented a new secure login process to better protect applicant information and account access. Existing applicants must create a login using the email address associated with their FCCPT file before accessing their services online. The login process includes email verification and additional security measures to help protect your personal information.

- Access to the email address associated with your FCCPT file
How to Log In for the First Time
Step 1: Open the FCCPT Login Page
Go here to open the login page.
Step 2: Create Your Login Credentials
Click on Forgot Password? Enter the email address associated with your FCCPT file.
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
A verification email will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions provided and complete the verification process. All users are required to verify their email address before creating a password and accessing their file.
Step 4: Access Your Account
After completing the verification and password setup, you will be able to login, access your FCCPT file and available services.

I Didn't Receive the Verification Email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a few minutes for email delivery.

I Forgot My Password
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. The password reset process includes additional security verification to help protect your account.
My Account Is Locked
Files may be temporarily locked following repeated unsuccessful login attempts or suspicious activity. Please wait the amount of time the message states you need to wait before trying again.
I Need to Change My Email Address
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your FCCPT account, submit a request through the FCCPT Help Center. Include:
- Full name
- FCCPT file number
- Date of birth
- Current email address on file
- New email address you would like to use
FCCPT must verify your identity before updating your email address.
