A Duplicate Report is an exact copy of a previously completed FCCPT evaluation. No updates, revisions, corrections, or re-evaluation of credentials are included.
Important:
- The only change made to a Duplicate Report is the name of the organization, board, or agency for which the report is being prepared.
- Applicants do not receive a copy of the Duplicate Report. The report is sent directly to the designated recipient.
- Before ordering a Duplicate Report, you should confirm with the receiving organization that they will accept your previous FCCPT evaluation.
FCCPT does not guarantee acceptance of a prior evaluation, and no refunds will be issued if the receiving organization does not accept the Duplicate Report or requires a different evaluation or service.
