Graduates of CAPTE-accredited physical therapy programs seeking a Health Care Workers Certificate should apply for the Type 1 Review for Immigration service.
FCCPT will verify the following for CAPTE graduates:
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited institution
- The school must submit the official transcript indicating the degree awarded and the date of conferral.
- Licensure to practice physical therapy in the United States
- FCCPT will verify your U.S. license online.
- Passing NPTE score
- You need to have your score transferred by FSBPT to FCCPT.
A course-by-course evaluation is not conducted for CAPTE graduates; therefore, an evaluation report will not be completed. The Health Care Workers Certificate will be issued only after FCCPT has verified the above information.
