How Do I Apply for a Grade Conversion?

A Grade Conversion is available for certain educational institutions that require your FCCPT evaluation report to include converted grades.

Who Needs a Grade Conversion?

You may need a Grade Conversion if the school or institution receiving your evaluation requires grades to be included with your report. Grade Conversions are completed as an add-on to a Duplicate Report. 

How to Apply

1. Log in to your FCCPT file.
2. On the left-hand menu click Add Related Service and then follow the prompts.
3. Apply for a Duplicate Report.
4. After submitting your Duplicate Report request, submit a ticket through the FCCPT Help Center and let us know that you need a Grade Conversion.
5. FCCPT will add the Grade Conversion fee to your file and notify you when you can make payment. 

Fees

• Duplicate Report fee: Applies to all Duplicate Report requests.
• Grade Conversion fee: An additional fee is required for Grade Conversions. 

Important Notes

• Grade Conversions are only available in conjunction with a Duplicate Report request.
• Not all schools require a Grade Conversion. Check with your educational institution before requesting a grade conversion.
• Processing cannot begin until all required fees have been paid.
