The Planned Learning and Assistance Network (PLAN) is an advisory service offered by FCCPT to help applicants understand and address educational deficiencies identified during a credentials evaluation.
PLAN Incremental provides additional guidance after an evaluation or previous PLAN service, helping applicants continue working toward meeting U.S. educational equivalency or jurisdiction requirements.
Who should choose PLAN Incremental?
PLAN Incremental is best for applicants who:
- Have already completed a credentials evaluation (through FCCPT or another agency on the Coursework Evaluation Tool {CWT})
- Only has a few deficiencies.
- Only requires 30 minutes of the PLAN Advisors time.
- Need continued guidance on how to address deficiencies.
- Are completing coursework over time and want updated recommendations.
What does PLAN Incremental include?
When you purchase PLAN Incremental, you will receive:
✅ Review of Your Evaluation Results
A PLAN Advisor helps you understand your evaluation findings and identified deficiencies.
✅ Completed PLAN Worksheet
The PLAN Worksheet will identify your specific deficiencies and recommend courses to meet your deficiencies.
✅ 30 Minutes of the PLAN Advisors Time
You will have 30 minutes of the PLAN Advisors time including the creation of your PLAN Worksheet.
Important things to know
- You must have an evaluation completed on the Coursework Evaluation Tool (CWT) by either FCCPT or another agency.
- This service does not provide pre-approval of courses, only recommendations on courses that will meet your specific deficiencies.
- Your PLAN is based on the deficiencies listed in your evaluation report.
How to apply
If your evaluation was completed by FCCPT
- Login to your FCCPT file
- Select PLAN Incremental as a Related Service
- Submit your request through your existing file
If your evaluation was completed by another agency
You must submit the PLAN Incremental Request Form.

- Your completed Coursework Evaluation Tool (CWT) report
3. Upload your form and report together
Important:
- Do not use this form if your evaluation was completed by FCCPT—apply online instead
- If your evaluation report is not received within the required timeframe, your request may be canceled and fees will not be refunded
