No. Once your service is in review, it cannot be changed.
FCCPT does not allow service changes after the review process has started. It is important to confirm that you selected the correct service before your application enters review.
What does “in review” mean?
When your service is in review, you will see your service status as "In Review" in the Applicant Portal. A service is considered in review once FCCPT has begun evaluating your documents. At that point:
- The service cannot be changed
- Change of Service requests will not be accepted
- The review must continue under the originally selected service
When can I change my service?
In the Applicant Portal, if your service status is listed below, you can request a change of service:
- Submitted - Not Paid
- Paid - Waiting for Documents
Note: Fees might apply when submitting a Change of Service Request Form. Please take a moment to read the form carefully.
Tips to avoid delays
To prevent issues before review begins:
- Use FCCPT’s “Choose the Right Service” tools on fccpt.org
- Review jurisdiction or immigration requirements carefully before applying
- Review articles in the FCCPT Help Center before applying to ensure you select the service that is right for you.
