- Detailed course syllabi
- Academic transcripts
- Clinical education information
Courses are placed in the appropriate CWT areas according to the guidelines for use of the CWT and the information contained in the documents provided by your academic institution.
Your academic institution is responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation for your education. FCCPT relies on this information to accurately evaluate and assign your coursework during the credentialing process.
