Once your evaluation is complete, a copy of the evaluation report will be emailed to you. The report provides the results of your evaluation and information about how your education and licensure history.

As you review your report, pay particular attention to:
- Your personal and educational information
- The education and credentials reviewed by FCCPT
- How your coursework is reflected in the evaluation
- Any identified content and/or credit hour deficiencies identified in the report
- The overall results of your evaluation
