FCCPT does require documents to be sent directly to us from the school. If this is not possible, many countries have government agencies that maintain academic records for schools that have closed. Locate this agency for your country of education and contact them about your academic documents.
If the government agency is not able to provide documents to FCCPT, please contact the state board of physical therapy in the jurisdiction you are seeking licensure in. We must receive approval from the state board of physical therapy where you are seeking licensure to use documents not provided by the school.
