If you previously completed a service with FCCPT, you may not need to resend all documents—but some documents may still be required, depending on your situation and the type of service you are applying for.
Documents Generally Not Required to Be Resent
In most cases, FCCPT retains copies of documents from a prior completed service, such as:
- Academic transcripts
- Academic syllabi
- Academic diplomas
- NPTE score report
If these documents are still valid and applicable to your new service request, they do not usually need to be resubmitted.
Documents You May Need to Resend
You may be required to submit new or updated documents if:
- The document has expired (for example, license verifications or TOEFL score report)
- Your education has changed (for example, transcripts, syllabi, diploma for additional courses may be required)
- Notarized Attestation Form with photo if applying for a new primary service
Important Notes
- FCCPT does not automatically reuse all documents from a previous service.
- Each service requires a specific set of documents, and your file checklist will reflect what documents are needed based on current requirements and what documents we already have in your file.
Not Sure What to Send?
If you are unsure which documents are required:
- Apply for the new service and pay the required fee.
- Allow 5-7 days for your checklist to be updated
- Review the service checklist for your new service in your online portal, or
- Contact FCCPT through your existing or new Zendesk ticket for confirmation before uploading documents
Providing the correct documents upfront helps avoid delays and duplicate requests.
