No. FCCPT requires academic documents to be sent directly to us by your institutions. Even if you already have copies of your transcripts, marksheets, syllabi, internship certificates, or other academic records, you should not upload, email, or mail them to FCCPT yourself. This requirement helps FCCPT verify the authenticity of the documents and is an important part of the credential evaluation process.
Sending academic documents yourself will not speed up the review process and may actually cause delays since FCCPT cannot accept them as official documents. FCCPT can only use documents that are submitted through the approved source. Unofficial documents will not be maintained, added to your FCCPT file or returned to you.
What Should I Do Instead?
- Contact your school and request that your academic records be sent directly to FCCPT.
- Follow FCCPT's document submission requirements for your specific service.
- Monitor your FCCPT account for updates on document receipt and processing.
FCCPT recommends requesting required documents from your school as early as possible because obtaining official documents is often the longest part of the application process.
Are There Any Documents I Can Submit Myself?
Yes. Certain applicant-submitted documents, such as required forms or notarized copies of diplomas (when applicable), may be uploaded at Document Upload. However, official academic records must come directly from the institution.
